In our January, 2012 meeting, we took a preliminary look at Marcuse's Eros and Civilization which he, himself, called “A Philosophical Inquiry Into Freud. The philosophy of “The Frankfurt School” coupled with the pragmatic tactics of “Rules for Radicals” helped me put into perspective the divisive and dichotomous matters of our cultural and political sides/opinions today.
